Junior Contract Manager – Data Licensing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Contract Manager to support our Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements for a new GIS:Hub in Barcelona. You will work closely with an experienced Data Licensing Manager, handling operational contract activities and gaining experience in commercial contract management within an international automotive-data environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contract renewals, including development, customer coordination, signing-process steering and status reporting.
• Prepare and tailor contract documents for customer-specific needs to enable cross-selling and up-selling.
• Own and manage the digital signing process (e.g., DocuSign, Documill) from preparation to customer communication and document repository management.
• Assist in contract negotiations by preparing documents, managing review processes and following up on agreed actions.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Accounting and Product teams, driving continuous improvement of contract processes.

Required profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification; early-career candidates are welcome.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with digital signing tools such as DocuSign.
• Familiarity with Documill or similar document management platforms.
