Junior Facilities Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Facilities Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of our fully furnished apartments in Barcelona. The role is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys coordinating with contractors and ensuring a smooth living experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and appliance replacements.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors, arrange appointments and verify invoices.
• Work with insurance providers to file and track claims related to property incidents.
• Identify potential maintenance issues early and help develop a preventive maintenance plan.
• Monitor the progress of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on problem‑solving.
• Interest in real‑estate or property‑management environments.
