Junior Finance Analyst – FP&A, Billing & Collections

About the role

Kenes is looking for a motivated Junior Finance Analyst to join its FP&A team. This entry‑level position supports invoicing, collections and financial reporting while providing a solid foundation for a career in finance, accounting and business analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the FP&A team with financial analysis, reporting and ad‑hoc requests.
• Extract reports from operational systems and reconcile data with the ERP system.
• Gather and organize information for financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance‑analysis processes.
• Generate and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collection activities.
• Respond to billing inquiries and help resolve issues under senior guidance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date billing records and track key billing/collection metrics.

Required profile

• University degree or vocational studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Less than one year of professional experience (entry‑level).
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
• Curiosity, willingness to take initiative and ability to work in an international environment.
