Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Dragons, a global creative agency, is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Design Studio team in Barcelona. You will work primarily on Danone brands, adapting global master assets and translating brand guidelines into high‑quality creative executions across social media, POS, print, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and localise global creative assets for multiple Danone brands while respecting strict brand guidelines.
• Produce high‑quality visuals for social media, point‑of‑sale, print, digital assets and presentation decks.
• Maintain precise typography, layout, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Organise files and manage assets with disciplined file‑hygiene practices.
• Perform basic image retouching and visual adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design role or a relevant internship.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑control mindset.
• Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands.
• Solid organisational skills and disciplined file management.
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and proficient in English.
