Junior Office Manager – Madrid

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a motivated Junior Office Manager to keep its Madrid office running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for facilities, logistics and workplace experience, ensuring the environment supports the team’s high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the office in top condition – clean, comfortable and fully equipped for staff.
• Manage daily logistics such as deliveries, supplies, catering and maintenance.
• Oversee access and safety procedures, including temporary passes, emergency protocols and security checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Required profile

• On‑site presence – work from the Madrid office every day.
• Strong reasoning ability – solve complex problems from first principles.
• High drive and ambition – take initiative and hold yourself to a rising bar.
• Team spirit – support the best ideas, get hands‑dirty, and act with honesty and transparency.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
