Junior Product Designer

About the role

OLX is looking for an AI‑native Junior Product Designer to join its Product Design team. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and data analysts to create user‑centred experiences that leverage AI tools throughout the design‑to‑production workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to conceptualise, prototype and ship AI‑enhanced product features.
• Translate business goals into design logic, define success metrics and run experiments to measure impact.
• Use AI‑native workflows (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Cursor) to build working prototypes and production‑ready components directly in code.
• Partner with engineers for pair‑programming support, ensuring designs reach production with high quality and performance.
• Design multi‑step, human‑in‑the‑loop interaction patterns and maintain design system consistency.

Required profile

• Passion for combining human‑centred design with emerging AI technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end‑to‑end design delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI design tools such as Lovable, Claude and Cursor.
• Familiarity with design systems, prototyping and production‑ready component creation.
