Missions principales

• Provide general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and Department Artists.
• Track task progress for artists and sequences within the studio's tracking system.
• Assist in department calendar management and scheduling for the Department Head.
• Maintain quotas, deadlines, and inventory to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Collaborate daily with Artist Leads to ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare meetings and client reviews, including precise note-taking and distribution.
• Update and maintain production data within the studio database.
• Manage daily office activities such as room bookings, archiving, and timesheet distribution.
• Communicate proactively with other departments to meet departmental needs.
