Junior Project Coordinator & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive intern to support the International Brand & Content team in Barcelona. The role blends project coordination with basic graphic design, helping to deliver marketing assets on time and maintain brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project tasks and timelines using Jira, creating tickets, updating statuses, and tracking progress.
• Organise meetings, capture action items, and ensure clear documentation and version control.
• Support cross‑functional alignment with Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Purchasing teams.
• Develop and adapt marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, social media posts, and flyers, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
• Prepare final files for internal use or external production and assist with revisions and localisation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or postgraduate program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Industrial Design or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating presentations.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
