Junior Quality Assurance Coordinator – Guest Operations

About the role

Ukio is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Coordinator to join its Guest Operations team in Madrid. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless guest experience from pre‑check‑in to post‑check‑out by monitoring the quality and cleanliness of fully furnished apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire guest journey, handling check‑in, check‑out and any guest requests or complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments to verify they meet high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Oversee key management, including physical keys and keyless access codes, and communicate access details to the GX team.
• Support the creation and optimisation of guest‑flow procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with two days off per week.
• Passion for delivering excellent hospitality experiences in a fast‑moving startup environment.
