Junior Sales Consultant (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant who is fluent in French to join our English Live Sales Team in Barcelona. You will promote and sell our online English courses, helping to grow revenue and increase student enrollment for our fast‑growing e‑learning business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers (no cold calling).
• Upgrade and renew contracts with existing customers.
• Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Own direct sales for the region, meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond proactively to client queries.
• Maintain accurate database records and perform regular record‑keeping tasks.

Required profile

• Based in Barcelona.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Advanced/native level French and at least B2 speaking level English.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven attitude.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work well in a team.
