Junior UI Engineer

About the role

Tech Pipeline is looking for a Junior UI Engineer to improve the internal dashboards and data‑entry forms used by a major Spanish logistics provider. You will work remotely, turning wireframes into functional components and fixing UI bugs that directly impact shipment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing internal dashboards for visual issues and readability problems.
• Convert basic wireframes into functional HTML and CSS components within the logistics platform.
• Repair broken input validation rules and resolve UI bugs that cause system timeouts.
• Document UI issues and update internal documentation for future maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical leads to suggest concrete layout improvements for high‑volume data entry.
• Inspect browser console logs to identify front‑end errors affecting API calls.
• Verify that UI updates render correctly on tablet devices used on the warehouse floor.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and established coding standards.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Self‑organized and comfortable managing tasks in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn the specifics of a real‑world logistics system.
