Key Account Manager – e-Pharmacies & Parapharmacies

About the role

Opella is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead its e‑pharmacy and parapharmacy business in Spain. You will shape customer strategies, build strong partnerships, and help drive sustainable growth for the company’s self‑care portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer‑specific strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy groups, parapharmacies and e‑commerce partners.
• Analyse market, category and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute promotional plans aligned with brand and customer objectives.
• Support the launch of new products across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Shopper, Supply, Finance and other functions to deliver integrated plans.
• Identify efficiencies and continuously improve account performance.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or trade‑marketing within FMCG, pharma or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Effective relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English.
