Key Account Manager – Enterprise

About the role

Malt is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the growth of its enterprise portfolio in Spain. You will act as the strategic bridge between Malt’s platform and large corporate clients, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Transform existing framework agreements into deep, multi‑layered partnerships across subsidiaries.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to C‑level stakeholders (Procurement, HR, BU leads) and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Own the national contract, driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and new expansion projects.
• Prospect within existing accounts to open new business lines and activate high‑growth territories.
• Apply the MEDDIC methodology to qualify complex opportunities and identify internal champions.
• Coordinate with Client Operations, Finance, and Management to meet operational commitments and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Engage senior decision‑makers and economic buyers to secure long‑term success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial experience in consulting, SaaS, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts.
• Strong ability to influence C‑level executives and navigate complex corporate structures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
