Key Account Manager

About the role

Fall Creek is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to own strategic relationships with key customers across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary commercial contact, delivering tailored solutions and supporting project execution to drive sustainable growth of our blueberry portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
• Create and maintain detailed account plans, anticipating client needs and delivering high‑value solutions.
• Analyze client challenges and provide creative recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, R&D, breeding, production, logistics, marketing) to deliver integrated support.
• Guide regional project planning, ensuring milestones are met.
• Promote adoption of new genotypes and innovations aligned with client and company priorities.
• Contribute to long‑term and short‑term business planning with regional market intelligence.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, proposing strategic actions.
• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders and manage client data via CRM platforms.
• Represent Fall Creek at trade shows, meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in key account management, preferably in agriculture, plant breeding or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of regional berry market dynamics.
• Proven ability to build trust and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently across time zones with a collaborative mindset.
