Key Account Manager – Retail & Food Sector

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the Spanish retail food market. You will act as the primary liaison between our international company and major retail chains, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies tailored to the Spanish retail market.
• Manage and expand existing key accounts, handling annual negotiations and contract terms.
• Identify and acquire new customers to broaden market reach.
• Analyze market trends and uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Production, R&D, and Quality.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Spanish retail sector.
• Strong storytelling, project management, and analytical abilities.
• Experience in private‑label segment is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B).
