About the role

TBO.COM is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Spanish travel market. You will work closely with local travel agents, onboarding them onto our B2B platform and strengthening commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

Onboard, train and build confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM B2B platform.
Maintain and expand existing business through strong commercial and personal relationships.
Conduct regular site visits (3‑4 days per week) to support agents on‑site and online.
Deliver trainings, webinars and introduce new products to boost sales.
Provide regular reporting to the Regional Manager.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Key Account or B2B sales role within the travel industry.
Ambitious, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented work style.
Excellent business communication skills.
Proven track record in B2B negotiations and sales management.
Experience developing new and existing sales in the local travel market.
