Key Lead (Part-Time Store Supervisor) - Hollister, Seville

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead (part-time) for its Hollister store in Seville. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor within the store leadership team, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. The role is part-time, around 20-25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Spanish (CEFR B2)
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with extra hours during peak times

The full-time starting rate is 21,000 EUR per year (40 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified in the future. Job offers are subject to completing the applicable work visa formalities.
