Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher at Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri

About the role

The Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri hotel is looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher to support the daily operations of its culinary department. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
• Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
• Mix ingredients for various dishes.
• De‑feather poultry and trim meat.
• Scale and prepare fish.
• Keep all kitchen equipment and utensils clean.
• Assist in the preservation of raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

• Formal training: Medium‑level Culinary and Gastronomy program and a HACCP course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen role.
• No language requirement.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is valued.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
