About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join the culinary team at Hotel Allegro Isora. You will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and efficient environment while preparing a variety of food items.

Key responsibilities

Maintain optimal hygiene and order in the kitchen.
Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
Mix ingredients for recipes.
De‑feather poultry and prepare meat.
Scale and clean fish.
Keep kitchen tools and utensils clean.
Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

Medium‑level vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy.
Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen role.
No language requirement.
Hospitality knowledge is a plus.
