Kitchen Assistant (Marmitón) at Hotel Allegro Isora

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant (Marmitón) to join the team at Hotel Allegro Isora. The role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen areas, supporting the smooth operation of food service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning of utensils, machinery and kitchenware in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of premises, equipment, stoves and other kitchen elements.
• Transport orders and other materials within the designated area.
• Perform cleaning tasks for tableware, dining room and kitchen areas.
• Use chemical detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents safely.
• Follow the company’s safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued.
• No language requirement.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, energetic, able to manage time and work under pressure.
• Meticulous and capable of solving unexpected issues.

Required skills

• Use of chemical cleaning agents (detergents, disinfectants, rinse).
• Operation of kitchen cleaning equipment.
