KYC/AML Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AML/KYC Consultant to join our growing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Financial Crime transformation practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, enhancing and supporting Fenergo or other system solutions for leading financial institutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Fenergo (or equivalent) solutions, translating business requirements into platform configurations, client journeys, workflow steps, business rules and user interfaces.
• Support sprint planning, configuration builds, release management and participate in design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, compliance teams and client stakeholders to deliver demonstrations, walkthroughs and solution designs.
• Perform unit testing, support SIT, UAT and production deployments, and troubleshoot issues post‑go‑live.
• Maintain up‑to‑date configuration documentation and stay current with product releases and new platform capabilities.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of hands‑on FenX or other systems configuration/user‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, client onboarding, KYC/CDD processes and AML/financial‑crime controls.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent English.
