LASER GreenLake Category Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a LASER GreenLake Category Manager in Paco de Arcos. The role is hybrid, with an average of two days per week spent in an HPE office. As Category Manager, you will drive profitable business growth and ensure end-to-end management of a product category across its lifecycle, covering revenue, gross margin and service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the category strategy (product offering, positioning, placement and pricing) in the LASER countries and manage NPI/NSI, ensuring sales readiness in the geography
• Implement business development initiatives and lead local key initiatives to drive order and revenue growth, including recovery or acceleration plans when needed
• Manage segment and heat mapping, evangelize the offer in sales teams and customer/partner events, and solicit customer and partner feedback
• Own the category end-to-end, from offer creation to order booking, and act as single point of contact for local sales
• Identify local target customers and segments, run yearly and quarterly growth plans, and develop initiatives such as promotions, bundles and account identification
• Run sales enablement: train the local sales team, localize global materials, support deal shaping and provide competitive insight
• Approve contractual discounts and central procurement requests, and support pilots for new offers

Required profile

• Local language and English (advanced to bilingual)
• Typically 12+ years of experience demonstrating mastery of Service Business Management
• Advanced experience in delivery, solution architecting or business planning before a business management role
