Lead Account Manager – US Market

About the role

Click&Boat is looking for a Lead Account Manager to relaunch and develop its US market from the Barcelona office. You will build a high‑quality boat fleet, nurture relationships with US owners and operators, and lead a growing supply team.

Key responsibilities

• Define acquisition priorities by location, boat category and owner profile, and lead prospecting and onboarding of owners.
• Ensure new listings meet quality standards and improve fleet performance through data‑driven initiatives.
• Retain and develop owners, monitoring availability, pricing and booking conversion.
• Directly manage 6‑10 team members, recruit new talent and establish scalable acquisition and account‑management processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial, supply or account‑management teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and develop talent.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full proficiency in English and willingness to work Barcelona hours aligned with US time zones.
