About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Global Leadership Recruiter to partner with executive leadership and drive the acquisition of top‑tier talent for our rapidly expanding organization. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, you will shape our leadership pipeline and support growth across Europe and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to define leadership hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify high‑caliber executive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct market research to provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.
• Analyse internal talent pipelines and external ecosystems to forecast future leadership needs.
• Communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders, managing expectations and timelines.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within leadership hiring.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct talent search for leadership and executive roles across technology, product, commercial and corporate domains.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive talent landscapes.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a passion for building diverse leadership teams.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
