Learning & Development / Culture Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development / Culture Manager will design, promote, and implement the learning, development, and organizational culture strategy for the AB Living Group. This role ensures that individual growth aligns with business expansion while maintaining the high standards of service, hospitality, and care that define the group.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global L&D strategy aligned with the group’s strategic objectives.
• Develop training and talent development programs for all organizational levels.
• Create initiatives that reinforce SHA’s corporate culture and values across all markets.
• Lead leadership development programs for current and future managers.
• Identify training needs through diagnostics and competency analysis.
• Design learning pathways and professional development plans for various employee groups.
• Promote onboarding and cultural integration programs for new hires.
• Coordinate employee engagement and experience initiatives.
• Implement innovative learning tools such as microlearning, blended learning, and learning journeys.
• Measure training impact using L&D KPIs and adjust programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align talent development with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D strategies at a corporate level.
• Strong ability to translate organizational culture into concrete learning experiences.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution skills.
• Experience leading leadership development and employee engagement programs.
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical abilities to assess training needs.
• Ability to work across multiple markets and support international expansion.
