Legal Counsel – Polish Qualified (CEE Focus)

About the role

Fever is seeking a Polish‑qualified Legal Counsel to support its rapid expansion across Central and Eastern Europe from its headquarters in Madrid. You will provide day‑to‑day legal advice, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure compliance with regional legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the company’s legal strategy to the business needs of the CEE region.
• Provide corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation support, coordinating with internal and external experts.
• Monitor legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, guides and knowledge bases.
• Prioritise work in line with company strategy and objectives.

Required profile

• Barred or practising Polish lawyer with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience handling projects across several CEE jurisdictions.
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional European language is a plus.
• Background in top‑tier law firms or in‑house counsel at a multinational.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong communication and emotional‑intelligence skills.
