Legal Counsel – Telecommunications & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join our telecommunications team. You will provide day‑to‑day legal support across the business, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations while protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Offer legal guidance to internal departments and assist in daily operations.
• Manage disputes, claims, and oversee ongoing litigation or arbitration.
• Coordinate with external counsel locally and abroad.
• Support the Board of Directors and participate in corporate governance activities.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to international commercial and engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain compliance programs, including anti‑bribery, data protection, and export control.
• Review contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law; bar admission preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish civil and commercial law and familiarity with EU regulations.
