License Owner / Operator – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner/Operator to launch and run the Stranger Soccer brand in Barcelona. You will be responsible for establishing the local presence, building a football community and delivering a high‑quality game experience through our mobile platform.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Barcelona.
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality game experiences that retain players.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Comfortable taking ownership and delivering measurable results.
• Experience in operations, events, community building or similar fields.
• Strong communication and people‑leadership abilities.
