Life Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products to individuals and families, leveraging your personal network and entrepreneurial drive.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals and outreach activities.
• Present life insurance solutions, explain policy features and benefits, and address client questions.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide ongoing service and support to policyholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams for underwriting, policy issuance and claims assistance.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Personable, high‑energy and able to build rapport quickly.
• Well‑connected network and ability to generate leads.
• Minimum age of 28 years.
• At least five O’Levels/CXC passes.
• Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in banking, teaching, business, sales or a service‑related field.
• Own vehicle is an asset.
