Linux System Administrator

About the role

You will join the team that operates one of Europe’s largest and most complex hosting platforms. Your primary mission is to ensure the stability, performance, and evolution of the Stretch platform, working on critical production systems and driving continuous improvement of a highly distributed infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and evolve large‑scale Linux infrastructure.
• Provide Level‑3 support for complex platform incidents.
• Automate processes using Bash, Python and tools such as Ansible.
• Manage distributed storage systems, specifically Ceph.
• Monitor and analyse the platform with Grafana and similar observability tools.
• Continuously improve system architecture and stability.
• Collaborate with international teams to transfer knowledge from legacy systems.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (approximately one week every six weeks).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux systems administration and operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
• Fluent English for international communication.
