Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (Freelance) – Spain

About the role

Tepsivo is seeking an experienced Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) to support its customers in Spain. You will act as the primary liaison for local PV system implementation, ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations while leveraging the company’s digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the LCPPV for Tepsivo customers operating in Spain.
• Assist customers with local pharmacovigilance needs, including system setup and maintenance.
• Report local Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) via the Tepsivo platform.
• Provide regulatory intelligence and monitor changes in Spanish PV legislation.
• Support customers during local audits and inspections.
• Complete corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as required.
• Liaise with Spanish regulatory authorities on behalf of customers.

Required profile

• Qualified pharmacist or physician.
• Resident in Spain.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in Spanish pharmacovigilance activities.
• Previous freelance experience.
