Logistics Business Development Manager

About the role

Temu is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing team. In this position you will help shape the company’s logistics strategy while working alongside a group of driven professionals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
• Optimize logistics and warehousing solutions to deliver cost‑effective opportunities while ensuring stable operations.
• Support the overseas logistics team in process optimisation and handling daily exceptions.
• Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimise delivery processes and achieve cost savings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a leading e‑commerce logistics firm.
• Experience with e‑commerce customer projects is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
• Excellent problem‑solving, strategic thinking and quick adaptation abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships.
