Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Fever is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the full shipment lifecycle for its live‑entertainment events. You will ensure every movement is tracked, documented and delivered on schedule, supporting the company’s mission to democratize access to culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end shipment process, guaranteeing timely delivery.
• Coordinate logistics movements, maintaining direct contact with carriers, agents and warehouses.
• Source and compare transport options, presenting price, transit time and reliability recommendations.
• Monitor invoices, due dates and payment status to avoid delays.
• Keep operational databases, tracking tools and documentation up to date.
• Identify and flag risks such as customs issues, cost overruns or critical delays, escalating when necessary.
• Occasionally work on‑site at warehouses or event venues (≈10% of the time) to oversee loading, unloading and space optimisation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations or a coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to solve problems quickly.
• Clear communicator with vendors, carriers and internal teams.
• Comfortable using operational tools and maintaining accurate documentation.
