Logistics Specialist (Remote, Spain)

About the role

JinkoSolar, a leading global solar module manufacturer, is seeking a remote Logistics Specialist to support its sales, operations, and logistics functions across Spain. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, external logistics providers, and customers to ensure smooth order execution and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to sales, operations, and logistics teams, handling purchase agreements and CRM updates.
• Process orders, coordinate with logistics providers, and monitor shipment documentation.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting to resolve AR issues and verify client credit availability.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP ERP and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assist in developing logistics plans, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales support or logistics within a comparable industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a virtual team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
• Experience using SAP ECC 6.0 ERP system.
