Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator – Bike Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support our European operations from Girona. The role blends bike‑fleet maintenance, warehouse management, and customer‑focused logistics to ensure our guests receive top‑quality equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with the European Logistics Manager.
• Maintain and service the company bike fleet, including remote mechanical assistance.
• Manage bike and equipment sales: preparation, outreach, order fulfillment, shipping, and issue resolution.
• Load and unload bikes and gear from vans and trailers.
• Receive, inventory, and store equipment; oversee boxing and shipping.
• Organise the Girona warehouse, uphold stocking standards, and own the space.
• Track and report data using MS Excel, Word, PowerBI, and NetSuite.
• Support ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bike‑mechanic experience, including Shimano Di2, hydraulic road brakes, and SRAM systems.
• Experience with rental bike fleets is a plus.
• Valid EU Category B driver’s licence (BE trailer licence preferred).
• Legal right to work in Spain (EU citizenship or work permit).
• Ability to lift and move bikes and equipment daily.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish or Catalan helpful.
• Availability Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend or evening support during peak periods.
