We are looking for a passionate Luxury Sales Advisor to join a prestigious fashion house in Madrid for the summer season. This fixed‑term position offers the chance to represent a brand celebrated for its craftsmanship and timeless elegance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a personalised, high‑standard client experience and build lasting relationships.
• Present collections confidently, using storytelling to highlight craftsmanship and materials.
• Develop and maintain a strong client book, focusing on repeat business and loyalty.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and uphold visual‑merchandising standards.
• Handle transactions, stock management, and after‑sales service with precision.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion.
• Strong clienteling skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive sales mindset.
• Polished, professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Passion for craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
