About the role

Join a fast‑growing luxury Destination Management Company based in Barcelona and lead premium tours across Spain and Portugal. You will represent a high‑end brand, delivering personalized experiences to discerning clientele while working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day premium tours in Barcelona, Catalonia, and extended itineraries throughout Spain and Portugal.
• Provide exceptional, tailored service to luxury guests, ensuring every detail meets brand standards.
• Represent the company with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to coordinate seamless tour experiences.

Required profile

• Higher Education Certificate (Grado) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of guiding experience.
• Full fluency in Spanish and Catalan; advanced English (interviews conducted in English).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
• Proficiency in Portuguese or additional languages is a strong plus.
