Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift (9pm‑5:30am)

About the role

Eternity Systems is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the 3rd shift team (9 pm – 5:30 am). You will support production and facility equipment, ensuring reliable operation in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical duties, troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Navigate and operate HMI interfaces on automated and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues, adjust settings, and execute preventive maintenance routines.
• Apply TIG, MIG, and ARC welding, fabrication, and machine‑repair skills to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline maintenance processes.
• Manage spare‑part inventory and control costs.
• Travel occasionally to other sites for training and support.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with PLCs and HMI operation.
• Strong technical aptitude, ethical conduct, and results‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with CMMS and inventory control systems.
• Preferred: Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
