Marketing & Communication Internship – Luxury Beauty

About the role

Join LVMH Beauty Iberia for a 12‑month full‑time internship starting September 2026. You will work within a multicultural team at the forefront of luxury beauty, gaining hands‑on experience across several marketing and communication functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives, including e‑commerce, e‑retail and CRM campaign execution.
• Assist in the planning and launch of digital campaigns across multiple retailer platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, customer behavior and key KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate PR events, influencer activations and create PR content for media and digital channels.
• Help plan and execute media campaigns across traditional, digital and social channels, analysing performance to optimise effectiveness.
• Support trade marketing plans, in‑store activations, POS material development and visual merchandising implementation.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis to inform retail marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to marketing, communication, business or a similar field.
• Available for a 12‑month full‑time internship beginning September 2026.
• Passionate about luxury beauty, innovative marketing and eager to contribute to a global leader.
