About the role
The Marketing & Communication Manager will join Dils Spain as the second member of the newly created department. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, supporting corporate events, external communications and the production of commercial marketing assets for the Spanish commercial real‑estate business.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute corporate and business events from briefing to on‑site delivery, managing external agencies, venues, catering and audiovisual providers.
- Control event budgets, timelines and post‑event reporting.
- Support daily corporate communications, liaise with external press agency, monitor media coverage and manage brand reputation.
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content, write copy and publish posts.
- Produce marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, signage and point‑of‑sale materials, briefing creative and print suppliers.
- Maintain and update the company’s marketing asset library.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Italy‑based team for day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Hands‑on professional comfortable in fast‑moving, evolving environments.
- Strong results‑driven mindset with ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent organizational and budget‑management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
