Marketing Graduate – Cheetos Brand (Barcelona)

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Cheetos team in Barcelona as a Marketing Graduate and help shape the brand’s agenda in Spain. You will work alongside cross‑functional teams, gaining hands‑on experience in brand building, communication, innovation and market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead selected brand projects such as product and pack innovation, PR & influencer activations, events and in‑store execution.
• Manage end‑to‑end innovation projects with Business Unit stakeholders, from strategic thinking to launch.
• Track and report brand performance, including internal sales, competitive activity and key KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of the brand communication strategy.
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings, brand reviews and cross‑functional updates.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Category Management, Sales and Supply Chain as needed.
• Assist with daily A&M budget tracking and invoice management to ensure financial control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• At least 6 months of practical experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong interest in brand building, creativity and disruptive ideas.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with market analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and digital/social media trends is a plus.
