Marketing Internship – Brand Management

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble as a Brand Management Intern and experience a real‑world marketing environment. You will work within a multi‑functional brand team that manages leading consumer brands in Spain, gaining exposure to both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead a new product launch or evaluate current brand strategies.
• Lead monthly market and brand analysis, gather input from cross‑functional teams and recommend corrective actions.
• Design and execute brand campaigns across media, digital, CRM, in‑store and PR, including brief creation and follow‑up.
• Support digital marketing activities such as visibility, content creation, local partnerships and e‑commerce initiatives.
• Assist in preparing market and initiative reviews and coordinate internal events.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Business, Engineering or a related field with a strong interest in brand management.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Leadership mindset, customer‑oriented and passionate about sales or marketing.
• Agile, resourceful and creative with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
