Marketing Manager – Brand (Spain & Portugal)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Marketing Manager to own brand and growth initiatives across Spain and Portugal. You will develop full‑funnel campaigns, shape the local positioning of Revolut Business, and translate data‑driven insights into compelling content that drives acquisition, activation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Identify SMB customer needs, create data‑driven stories and content that boost conversion.
• Lead go‑to‑market product launches in Spain and Portugal, defining audience strategy, messaging and communication plans.
• Own end‑to‑end local campaigns—from acquisition to retention—and build market‑leading campaign calendars.
• Design research plans to uncover insights, validate roadmaps and monitor the fintech and payments competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain tone‑of‑voice and style guides for both markets, adapting global campaigns to local nuances.
• Run experiments, test hypotheses and apply analytical rigor to optimise campaign performance.
• Deliver campaigns focused on growth metrics such as new accounts, activation and revenue.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and the global Marketing team to ensure local relevance and commercial impact.
• Scale creative operations by creating playbooks and resources for Southern Europe.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Spanish and fluency in English.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth tech environment, preferably with B2B or SMB focus.
• Proven experience leading local or regional marketing initiatives for a brand.
