Marketing Manager – Spain

About the role

BasicNet Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activities for its portfolio of apparel, footwear and accessories brands across the Spanish market. The role will develop and execute integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Spain, aligning with global brand strategies.
• Build and manage seasonal marketing calendars, coordinating launches, campaigns, activations and key commercial moments.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor investments and evaluate activity effectiveness.
• Coordinate communication across advertising, PR, influencers, social media, e‑commerce and retail.
• Oversee product and collection launches, ensuring consistent timing, messaging and execution.
• Lead trade‑marketing activities and activations with wholesale partners.
• Support sell‑in initiatives through dedicated marketing presentations and customer activations.
• Supervise the local PR agency to secure media visibility and product placement.
• Define and manage media plans and advertising investments.
• Activate local partnerships, special projects and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium or sportswear.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, retail and external agencies.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in Spanish and English.
