Marketing Project Lead

About the role

This fully remote position is based in Spain and sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, project leadership, and client success. You will orchestrate between clients and internal teams to ensure strategy, execution, and performance are tightly aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead end‑to‑end marketing strategies for assigned clients, defining priorities, roadmaps, KPIs and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary client contact, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations and delivering data‑informed recommendations.
• Oversee project delivery across multiple brands and campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines and alignment.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide clear reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Translate client goals into structured, actionable marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of processes to ensure efficiency, clarity and consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership or client‑facing marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs and develop execution roadmaps.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and build trust.
• Solid experience in budgeting, reporting and performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, results‑driven environment with minimal supervision.
