Marketing Specialist – Brand & Event Coordination

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support ZO Skin Health’s local marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels while coordinating events, product launches, and sales‑support activities in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local marketing plans, campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives, aligning all materials with ZO Skin Health brand standards.
• Coordinate marketing assets such as presentations, samples, merchandising, printed and digital content.
• Plan and manage congresses, trade fairs, customer meetings, trainings, workshops, brand activations and internal events, handling logistics, supplier coordination, invitations, shipping and on‑site execution.
• Provide marketing support to the Sales team, preparing customer‑facing materials, product information and promotional assets.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier documentation, budget tracking and maintain organized records of campaigns, activations and event documentation.
• Define local marketing routines, supplier processes, event standards and brand execution workflows.
• Occasional travel for congresses, events and alignment with local or international teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Currently residing in Barcelona.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, brand activation, events, trade marketing or sales support.
• Proven experience supporting campaigns, product launches, congresses, fairs, customer events or corporate activations.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, agencies, printed materials, logistics, venues and external partners.
• Background in a multinational healthcare, aesthetics, pharma, beauty or premium service environment is highly valued.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, team‑focused with strong ownership and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
