About the role

Join the Barceló Hotel Group as a Marmitón (kitchen assistant) at Hotel Allegro Isora. You will support the daily operations of the restaurant and kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning of utensils, kitchen equipment, and restaurant items.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including stoves, machines, and work surfaces.
• Transport orders and other materials within the kitchen and dining areas.
• Carry out washing and sanitation of dishes, dining room, and kitchen areas.
• Use appropriate chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents.
• Follow the company’s safety and hygiene policies at all times.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• No language requirement; basic Spanish is sufficient.
• Interest or knowledge in hospitality operations.
• Ability to work in a team, manage time, tolerate stress and solve unexpected issues.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
