Material Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Material Management Specialist to join Exide Technologies’ Motion division in Zaragoza. The role ensures efficient material flow, confirms delivery dates and continuously tracks order status to support the production of traction batteries and chargers for electric vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material management processes within order management to guarantee timely performance.
• Monitor order status regularly and provide business updates.
• Receive, track, validate orders and confirm delivery dates with suppliers and internal teams.
• Take corrective actions to resolve delivery conflicts promptly.
• Liaise with stakeholders across departments to address queries and ensure smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive communication and self‑motivation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functionality.
