Material Services Solutions Engineer – Offers & New Developments

About the role

We are looking for a Material Services Solutions Engineer to join Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. The role focuses on offers and new developments for material support solutions, particularly for the Eurodrone In‑Service Support contract.

Key responsibilities

• Define and analyse spares and material solutions for Eurodrone In‑Service Support.
• Calculate material support costs and model/optimise spares provisioning lists (RSPL).
• Represent ADS at Initial Provisioning Conferences and act as the focal point for material services offers.
• Develop proposals to improve customer processes and supply chains.
• Research and analyse logistics data to create profitable contracts for initial provisioning, customised spares logistics and lead‑time.
• Provide technical support for supplier selection and generate Statements of Work for subcontracted activities.
• Consolidate material services cost bases and prepare bidding dossiers for multiple platforms (MRTT, Eurodrone, SIRTAP, A400M, etc.).

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer services, MRO or engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
