Materials Data Specialist

About the role

As a Materials Data Specialist you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of Bills of Materials (BOM) for LOEWE’s leather goods portfolio, linking design, development, production and procurement. You will work in a fast‑moving luxury environment where attention to detail and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of Bills of Materials for handbags, small leather goods and finished products.
• Coordinate with design, development, production and procurement teams to guarantee alignment.
• Perform quality control, identify and resolve BOM‑related issues.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, tools and reporting databases related to material data management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury leather goods or fashion.
• Background in data management, product development, costing or material coordination.
• Strong knowledge of material structures, BOM logic and product development workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with ERP/PLM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and English level B2 or higher.
